2026 Volume 35 Issue 01 “35 Years on Television”

This year we’ll be celebrating thirty-five years of broadcasting the gospel through television.  If it seems that we’re boasting while writing this letter, please take it as boasting in the Holy Ghost for the blessings God has allowed us to share over the years.  There are not many ministries that are blessed to have the anointing of God upon them to preach His Word and see how it penetrates the hearts of sinners and causes them to repent and change their lives.  Our very first program aired over thirty-five years ago and souls were saved.  The anointing hasn’t changed at all.  God knows exactly what needs to be said to those that are listening.  He has already placed the one He chooses to touch in front of the television set.  The message one week may not be that great in your opinion, but it’s exactly what another person needed to hear.  There are much larger and more well-known ministries around the world, but for God to choose this small group of people is miraculous.  God has given us 27 minutes a week to reach out and tell people the truth.  He didn’t tell us to use that time begging for money, but to let people know they must repent of their sins and accept Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour.  Our calling, for more than thirty-five years, has been to make people aware of the difference between head knowledge and heart knowledge.  One will send you to hell and the other to eternal life with Christ in the Kingdom of God.  Multiple millions know the name of Jesus and believe He’s the Son of God, died on a cross, was buried and rose the third day.  So does Satan and all of his followers.  These have head knowledge and are on their way to hell.  In order to receive heart knowledge, one must first hear the Word of God: “For faith cometh by hearing.”  Once a sinner hears the Word of God delivered under the anointing, he or she is placed under conviction and understands they must have a redeemer to be saved and Christ is that redeemer.  Friends, multiple millions are sitting in churches all over the world thinking all is well, when they haven’t been told the truth.  Why do you think Jesus told us twice in John Chapter Three, that we must be Born Again to “see or enter” The Kingdom of God?  Being Born Again produces heart knowledge and that’s what it’s going to take to be saved.  We’ve been blessed to literally see tens of thousands saved by God’s grace and mercy.  It makes no difference is the message is being delivered to five and one gets saved or if it’s delivered to five thousand and two hundred come for salvation, the feeling is the same.  The feeling of humility, because we know we’re so un-worthy to do what we’ve been called to do, but then the Holy Ghost reminds us that it’s not our worthiness or righteousness, but the Blood of Jesus that makes us worthy.  We thank each of you that has stood faithful with us over the years, and we also want to thank those of you that have recently joined with our Ministry to carry God’s Word around the world.  We invite everyone to come visit with us at Crossroads Community Church or just stop by our Ministry office during the week.  You’ll see that we don’t waste the donations and support we receive from you and others.  All money received goes toward keeping the Ministry telecast on air, feeding the hungry and helping those in need.  As we celebrate 35 years, we’re asking everyone receiving this letter to send a special contribution of $35.00 to help us this month.  Please add this to your regular support if possible.

No Man Higher than Another

Jesus tells us in Matthew 23:8-9, “But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your master, even Christ: and all ye are brethren.”  This really takes a bite out of the Jewish priesthood, doesn’t it?  No person is to be called, “Rabbi.”  This same scripture tells us that no man is to be higher than the other, we are all brethren.  We take issue with the Catholic Pope.  We’re not to judge him, but we do have the gift of discernment, which is given by the Holy Ghost.  The Pope doesn’t observe nor obey the Holy Scriptures.  In Verse Nine the Word says, “And call no man Your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.” The entire Catholic church is deceived and disobeys this scripture.  Why would Jesus tell us not to esteem one man above another and also instruct us not to call any man on earth, “Father?”  Because He doesn’t want us to do it.  We are to be obedient to His Word.  When thousands of men, women and children bow down to reverence or worship a man, they’re deceived and thousands of innocent children are being led astray simply because their parents were too lazy or sorry to open their Bibles to read and study, as the Word commands us to do.  For hundreds of years parents have been leading their children in the wrong way.  Some may ask, “How do you know the way you believe is the true way?”  Simply because we stuck to the Word of God written in the King James edition of the Bible.  We’ve seen how the scriptures have changed our lives and the lives of those that accepted Christ as their Saviour.  Some of these people were possessed, some were addicted to drugs and alcohol, and most were just good people not knowing the way of salvation.  By delivering the true gospel, we have seen thousands saved.  It did not intel having a large ring on a finger, nor a fancy robe to be worn, neither did it require a special title before one’s name.  It only took the anointing of the Holy Ghost.  †

“Giving”

There are two ways of giving.  The first is begrudgingly.  This is when a person gives, but they truly don’t want to.  They give because they feel they have to.  This kind of giving holds back many blessings.  Not saying, “You won’t be blessed, but you will not receive what God wants you to have.”  The second is cheerfully giving.  In II Corinthians 9:7 the Bible says, “Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.”  How many of you know, when we do it God’s way, it’s the right way?  When you give because you want to help others. God sees all and knows all.
